About our AMS
Ray has been married to his lovely wife, Ivy, since April 1997. She works for Duke University in Ophthalmology Research. Ivy has a heart for women's ministry and has begun speaking at women's events and conferences. She also ministers to the pastors' wives in the GRBA. They have two grown sons. Nathan works and lives in the Arden, NC area. Caleb is married to Halle, and they have one daughter, Rory, who was born in January 2025. Ray and Ivy are excited to be grandparents, and they spoil Rory to no end! Caleb and family live in Greensboro, NC. Ray studied at Fruitland Baptist Bible College where he earned an Associate's Degree in Religion/Christian Ministries (2010); attended The College at Southeastern (now Judson College) where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry (2023); and graduated from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary where he earned a Master of Arts in Church Revitalization (2025). He has served in different types of pastoral ministry since 2004 and believes that all of that experience has helped prepare him for God's calling into the role of Associational Mission Strategist. He is excited to see the churches of the GRBA partner together in an even greater way moving forward to impact lostness in Rutherford County and beyond...
